FAQ
You need to add microbial to the organic waste to accelerate the fermentation process. The ratio is 1:1000.
Composting machines use microorganisms like bacteria and fungi to decompose organic waste. Advanced models feature automated aeration, temperature control, and moisture management to accelerate the process efficiently.
Output ratio: 15%–20%
For example, from 100 kg of organic waste, the output is approximately 15–20 kg.
It requires a level surface and a power supply; it can be installed either indoors or outdoors.
We utilize specialized electric heating elements and ceramic membranes to facilitate rapid waste decomposition and smooth discharge. Our temperature control system operates within the 55–85°C range.
No, they do not. Our machines are equipped with a three-layer deodorization system utilizing UV light, a catalyst, and activated carbon. This process operates at ambient temperature and pressure, using UV light to activate the catalyst and generate highly oxidizing substances that break down odor molecules.
Yes, they allow for remote monitoring and management via mobile phones and computers. Thanks to IoT technology—specifically sensors and network modules embedded in the equipment—you can track the composting status anytime, anywhere. You can check the internal temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels of the composter through a mobile app or on a computer. If any operating parameters become abnormal, you will receive alerts on your phone or computer, and the system supports the centralized management of multiple units.
30–40% 25:1–30:1
C/N ≈ 25–30:1: A perfect balance. Microorganisms have ample energy (carbon) and building blocks (nitrogen) for rapid proliferation and peak decomposition efficiency; the temperature rises quickly, and no foul odors are produced.
C/N > 30:1 (Excess carbon): Slow decomposition. Microorganisms have plenty of energy but lack the nitrogen needed to build biomass, preventing population growth. The pile temperature struggles to rise.
C/N < 25:1 (Excess nitrogen): Odor generation. Microorganisms have excess nitrogen but insufficient energy to utilize it all; the surplus nitrogen volatilizes as ammonia, resulting in nutrient loss and a pungent odor.
Installation is simple; the machine is shipped fully assembled. Upon delivery, you simply need to connect the power supply. An instruction manual and a reference video are also included with the unit.
